do i have online access to my investment property information?

Both our landlords and tenants have access to our client portal which includes the current financial status of your property, photos of inspections and tenancy details.

Is the owner of the business involved in the day to day management of my

property?

Yes, Corinne is an integral part of Mansour, and she is available at any time for you. When choosing Mansour, you deal directly with the owner of the business and you always know who is looking after your property and who to contact if you have any questions or need any assistance with anything.

How flexible is Mansour when it comes to showing prospective tenants my

property?

We know that during business hours, many people are doing one thing - going about their business. For this reason, we are flexible in our approach and understand that flexible appointment times are the key to getting the best tenants.

We show properties before work, after work and on the weekends (as well as during business hours if this is the person's preference). We work with the prospective tenant to find what works for them.

How do you make sure you match my property with the right tenant?

Part of our boutique experience is in the way we undertake our processes and procedures, which includes thorough checking of tenant applications. As part of our

thorough reference checking, we call current agents to see how the tenancy has been, we ask about payment history, and get a copy of this in writing to double-check all is in line. We investigate how the property inspections have been and ensure that tenants have taken the utmost care of the property they are in.

Further to this, we also speak to their employer (or accountant if self-employed) and receive copies of payslips, bank statements and their ID.

Lastly, we do our due diligence and also check they are not listed on any tenancy databases.

What happens if my property requires maintenance?

It goes without saying that every home (rented or owner-occupied) has maintenance items that are sure to pop up from time to time. Once we are notified of something that requires attention (either by the tenant directly or when we are doing our routine inspections), we will advise you and seek your instructions.

We don't come without solutions though, and we will propose our recommendations, and also have a reliable network of trades and suppliers we can leverage for you.

routine inspections, how often do these occur?

Through our experience, professional understanding and personal approach, Mansour Property have created a structured foundation that is agile in its approach to inspections.

Our first inspection is 3 months from the start of the tenancy, and after this, we will complete inspections every 6 months (if there was no reason at the 3-month mark to have these completed more regularly). If we believe that the property or tenant could benefit from more regular routine inspections, we will organise this unique to that property.
